Each session is individually tailored to your fitness and lifestyle needs. Modalities used may include alignment-based yoga, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Taoism, stability training, and interval training.

My sessions take place in a private yoga studio.

All your session details will be confirmed by direct correspondence with Kat, within 24 hours of your package purchase.
