Cat-cow pose for pleasure.
If you’ve ever practiced yoga with me, you know that the Cat-Cow Flow is one of my favorite warm-up exercises. It’s a gentle way to open the back and the hips, which are two of the most common problem areas. It’s also a gentle way to begin opening around the root chakra (at the pelvis) and the heart chakra (at the chest). These are the two poles we work with in simple sex energy meditation.
Cow Pose // Stretch your shoulder blades together. Point your nose and perineum out.
Cow Pose // Stretch your shoulder blades apart. Point your nose and perineum down.
Flowing // Make sure to move only your pelvis and torso. Not your hands or legs.
After our typical Cat-Cow Flow, we practice a special variation. While in Cow Pose, we practice moving our pelvis in a clockwork motion. As if your perineum is following the hands of a clock. Try not to move your legs. Try practicing in both directions.

Applying this action in intimacy is how we can practice the Taoist ‘Up-Down Thrusting’ method. Rather than the ‘In-Out Thrusting’ method that emphasizes penile stimulation, the ‘Up-Down Thrusting’ method emphasizes female pleasure.
Female pleasure is the key to fulfilling heterosexual intimacy. With the point of friction at the clitoris rather than the penis, women feel more powerful pleasure and men feel more stamina. Remember that the entire vagina is an erogenous zone, the entire vagina is made of erectile tissue. Stimulating the entire vagina while simultaneously stimulating the clitoris, stimulating all night long, takes the lovers to the depths of their desires…
